In recent years we have been awarded Level 3 Leader Status for being a Disability Confident employer. In the 2019 to 2020 Stonewall Workplace Index we were awarded 8th place in the UK.  The Index supports Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgender (LGBT+) employees. We have signed up to the Race at Work Charter and are included on the list of organisations that have been recognised as an inclusive employer for race. We have also been awarded Gold status by a:gender, the inclusive support network for staff in Government Departments and Agencies, covering all aspects of gender reassignment, gender identity, gender expression and Intersex.
