We published the Sustainable Farming Scheme: proposed scheme outline (2024) on 25 November 2024. 

The Carbon Sequestration Evidence Review Panel is a sub group of the SFS Ministerial Roundtable. We published the Carbon Sequestration Evidence Review Panel: summary report on 25 November 2024. The full Carbon Sequestration Evidence Review Panel report was published on 30 April 2025.

We published the following when we published the Sustainable Farming Scheme proposals: 

• the establishment of a Ministerial Roundtable to review the critical steps leading to the development of a revised Scheme. Written Statement: Future Farm Support – update on actions
