This Order will stop up an area of highway for the construction of an Additional Learning Needs school (3-19 years) and ancillary structures / works on the site of the former Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council Offices at Clydach Vale, Tonypandy in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council on 12 March 2025 with reference 24/1297/FUL.
The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary in order to enable the development to be carried out in accordance with the above planning permission.
