Item 2: First Minister’s items
Final Budget 2025-26
2.1 The First Minister put on record her thanks to all those involved in delivering the Final Budget of 2025-26, which had been approved by the Senedd the previous week.
Visits to Brussels and Paris
2.2 The First Minister provided Cabinet with feedback on her engagements in Brussels and Paris the previous week to celebrate St David’s Day.
Events to celebrate International Women’s Day
2.3 The First Minister outlined some of the events she attended to celebrate International Women’s Day.
Item 3: Senedd Business
3.1 Cabinet considered the Plenary Grid and noted that all political parties had agreed the motion on International Women’s Day, which had been scheduled for debate the following day. Voting time would be around 7:30pm on Tuesday and 6.25pm on Wednesday.
